Business Development and Sales: The IT Sales Executive will actively identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s IT products and services, including web development, software solutions, CRM systems, and digital technologies, to grow the client base effectively.

Client Requirement Analysis: This role involves understanding client needs, proposing suitable IT solutions, and preparing customized proposals and quotations while ensuring all client requirements are fully addressed.

Lead Generation and Networking: The IT Sales Executive will generate leads through phone calls, emails, social media channels, networking events, and referrals while maintaining a proactive approach to expand the company’s market reach.

Client Relationship Management: Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, providing after-sales support, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through professional interactions and timely follow-ups.

Target Achievement: The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and implementing strategies to consistently meet or exceed goals.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: This role requires handling client negotiations, closing deals professionally, and managing contracts while maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the sales process.
