Role Overview – Venco Imtiaz Contracting Co LLC is hiring an Inventory Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized logistics professionals with strong inventory management expertise, construction materials knowledge, and the ability to manage inventory operations effectively, maintain accurate records, coordinate stock movements, ensure material availability, and support construction project delivery within a dynamic contracting business environment.

Inventory Management and Control – You will manage inventory operations by monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and maintaining accurate records. You will organize warehouse operations, manage storage systems, and ensure proper inventory organization. You will support efficient inventory control and material availability for projects.

Stock Level Monitoring and Analysis – You will monitor stock levels by conducting regular stock counts, analyzing inventory data, and identifying stock requirements. You will track consumption rates, forecast stock needs, and prepare stock reports. You will maintain optimal inventory levels balancing project needs and storage efficiency.

Material Receipt and Documentation – You will receive incoming materials by verifying deliveries, checking quantities, inspecting quality, and documenting receipts. You will record material information in inventory systems, maintain receiving records, and support supplier coordination. You will ensure accurate material intake and documentation.
