Plumbing BIM Modeling Expertise: The Plumbing BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed and precise 3D plumbing models using Revit, ensuring all piping systems, water supply, drainage, and fire protection layouts are accurately represented in alignment with architectural and mechanical designs.

MEP Coordination Responsibilities: The candidate will coordinate plumbing designs with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to prevent conflicts, optimize system routing, and ensure integration across all disciplines for smooth project execution.

Revit and Navisworks Proficiency: The professional will utilize Revit to produce high-quality plumbing models and Navisworks for clash detection, ensuring that all design updates are reflected in the model and accurately documented for construction.

Technical Documentation and Shop Drawings: Responsibilities include preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and as-built documentation for plumbing systems, maintaining accuracy, and supporting site teams and project management in implementation.

Fast-Track Project Execution: The candidate will work on fast-track and high-value projects, ensuring timely delivery of plumbing models and drawings without compromising quality or compliance with project standards.

Team Collaboration & Problem Solving: The Plumbing BIM Modeler will liaise with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to resolve design issues, recommend practical solutions, and support a collaborative working environment for successful project outcomes.
