Job Description

Role Overview: Manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Employee Administration: Manage employee attendance, leave requests, flight ticket provision, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with MOHRE WPS regulations and all other applicable UAE labor laws.

Payroll Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in payroll management and accuracy, ensuring timely and correct salary disbursements.

Employee Relations and Engagement: Address employee relations matters, develop and implement HR policies, and plan engaging employee activities.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.
