Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for managing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor laws.
HR Strategy and Policy Management: Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including resolving grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Payroll and HRIS Management: Handle payroll data, generate reports, and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Medical Insurance Administration: Administer employee medical insurance plans and handle related inquiries.
Leave and Attendance Management: Manage employee leave and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Compliance with UAE Labor Laws: Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE labor laws and regulations.
HR Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Location: This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Current UAE Residency: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
