Role Overview – SandsTech is hiring a Human Resource Executive with 1+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter for a remote position. This role is ideal for HR professionals who specialize in technical recruitment and excel at managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management – You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles from requisition to offer acceptance. Your responsibilities include understanding hiring requirements, creating job descriptions, developing sourcing strategies, screening applications, conducting initial assessments, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth progression of candidates through all recruitment stages.
Sourcing and Screening – You will source, screen, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to identify qualified technical talent. This includes conducting Boolean searches, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter tools, screening resumes for technical fit, assessing candidate qualifications against role requirements, and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Interview Coordination and Stakeholder Communication – The ability to coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with hiring stakeholders is essential. You should schedule interviews efficiently, brief candidates on the process, gather feedback from interviewers, provide timely updates to all parties, and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
Record Management and Pipeline Maintenance – You will maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. This includes documenting all candidate interactions, tracking progress through recruitment stages, generating recruitment reports and metrics, and ensuring data accuracy for compliance and decision-making purposes.
Candidate Experience Excellence – You will ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This involves timely communication, transparent feedback, respectful interactions, efficient scheduling, and creating a welcoming impression of the company that attracts top talent and enhances the employer brand.
Technical Recruitment Experience – 1+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter is mandatory for this role. You must demonstrate a track record of successfully recruiting for technical positions, understanding technology roles, and effectively evaluating technical candidates against role requirements.
Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of technical roles and industry requirements is essential. You should be familiar with various technology positions such as software developers, engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists, and other technical roles, along with the skills, tools, and qualifications typically required for these positions.
Communication and Organizational Skills – Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role. You must be articulate in written and verbal communication, highly organized in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and skilled at building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Remote Work Capability – The ability to work independently in a remote environment is required. You should be self-motivated, disciplined in managing your time and deliverables, proactive in communication, and comfortable using virtual tools for collaboration and recruitment activities.
LinkedIn and Recruitment Tools – Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment tools is essential. You should be skilled at using LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced searches, engaging passive candidates, leveraging job boards, and utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies effectively.
