Nehal Hotel, a prestigious hospitality establishment in Abu Dhabi, is currently seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with hotel industry experience to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance throughout our property while maintaining the exceptional guest experience our hotel is known for.

The HSE Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health and safety programs across all hotel departments. Key responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits; providing safety training to staff; investigating and reporting incidents; ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations; and maintaining all necessary safety documentation and certifications. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to implement environmental sustainability initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience as an HSE Officer specifically within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate must possess relevant HSE qualifications, thorough knowledge of UAE safety regulations, and demonstrated experience in implementing safety management systems in a hotel environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams are essential for this position.
