Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.

Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.

HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

HR Reporting: Generate HR reports as needed.
