Role Overview
Deen Properties is hiring an HR Recruiter in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for recruitment professionals with proven talent acquisition experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, knowledge of UAE labor market, and the ability to attract, assess, and hire quality candidates across various positions to support the company's growth in the real estate sector.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment by understanding hiring needs, creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring timely filling of positions across Deen Properties.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction
Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job portals (Bayt, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, networking, referrals, headhunting, and proactive outreach to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Resume Screening and Shortlisting
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates by reviewing applications, assessing qualifications against requirements, identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, and presenting qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
Interview Coordination and Conduct
Coordinate and conduct interviews by scheduling interview sessions, preparing interview materials, conducting initial screening interviews, assessing candidate fit, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating smooth interview processes.
Candidate Assessment and Evaluation
Assess and evaluate candidates by conducting competency-based interviews, evaluating skills and experience, checking cultural fit, verifying references, assessing salary expectations, and making informed hiring recommendations.
Job Posting and Advertisement
Create and post job advertisements by writing compelling job descriptions, posting on relevant job boards and platforms, promoting vacancies through social media, ensuring wide reach, and attracting quality applicants.
Hiring Manager Coordination
Coordinate with hiring managers by understanding position requirements, discussing candidate profiles, gathering feedback on interviews, aligning on hiring decisions, and ensuring hiring needs are met effectively.
Offer Management and Negotiation
Manage offers and negotiations by preparing offer letters, discussing compensation packages, negotiating terms with candidates, addressing concerns, securing acceptances, and closing candidates successfully.
