Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing through screening, interviewing, and final onboarding of new hires.

Collaborative Sourcing Strategies: Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job requirements and develop effective and targeted sourcing strategies.

Multi-Platform Job Advertising: Post job advertisements across various relevant platforms and efficiently manage applicant tracking systems to streamline the process.

Candidate Screening and Coordination: Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates and coordinate subsequent interview schedules with the relevant hiring teams.

Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through strategic networking efforts and the effective utilization of various sourcing tools.

Detailed Recruitment Documentation: Maintain meticulous and comprehensive documentation of all candidates and recruitment activities throughout the entire process.

Positive Candidate Experience Focus: Prioritize and ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from the initial application to the final onboarding stage.

Bilingual Communication Proficiency: Demonstrate proficient communication skills in both English and Arabic when interacting with internal teams and external candidates.
