Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal HR experience.

HR Operations Support: Assist in various HR operations tasks, including employee data management, document preparation, and HR system updates.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.

HR System Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of HR information systems.

Document Preparation: Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR forms.

Reporting: Assist in generating HR reports as needed.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Communication: Assist in internal HR-related communication.
