Employee Relations Management: The officer will handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.

Payroll Processing: Accurate and timely payroll processing is a key responsibility.

Recruitment and Onboarding: The role requires experience in managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.

Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.

General HR Administration: Handling all general HR admin tasks, and keeping accurate records.
