Job Description

HR Role Overview: The HR Officer will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. This includes managing employee relations, supporting HR functions, and contributing to a productive and positive workplace environment.

Industry Context: This opportunity lies within the dynamic industries of Construction, Power, Oil & Gas, and EPC. Candidates with a background or experience in these sectors will have a better understanding of the challenges and HR demands in such technical and project-based environments.

Required Experience: Applicants must have between 4 to 7 years of UAE-based HR experience. This experience should cover the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment to onboarding and employee performance management.

Recruitment & Operations Expertise: The HR Officer should possess solid knowledge in end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to screening candidates and coordinating interviews. In addition, experience in managing HR operations including leave management, payroll support, and personnel documentation is essential.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of UAE labor laws and adherence to HR best practices is mandatory. The ideal candidate should stay updated with any amendments to employment legislation and ensure internal policies are in line with legal standards.

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary to thrive in this role. A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving will be highly valued.
