Job Description
Recruitment Lifecycle Management: You will assist in managing the recruitment process from posting job vacancies to onboarding new hires, ensuring all procedures are aligned with internal standards and UAE labor regulations.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: You will work on sourcing potential candidates using various methods and ensure timely communication and follow-ups to maintain an active talent pipeline.
Screening & Interviewing: You will conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while evaluating candidates’ fit for the role and company culture.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: You will support department heads in defining job requirements and aligning hiring strategies to organizational goals.
Cultural Fit & Values Alignment: You will help assess candidates not only for skills but also their compatibility with the company’s work environment and core values.
Candidate Experience & Communication: You will ensure all interactions with candidates are professional, respectful, and timely, creating a strong employer brand.
Job Offer & Negotiation: You will prepare and communicate job offers, ensuring mutual understanding between candidates and the company regarding terms and expectations.
Onboarding & Integration: You will support new hires during onboarding, ensuring proper documentation and orientation to help them settle into their roles efficiently.
