Position Overview: We are currently hiring an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a dynamic individual who can take charge of daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment activities, and implementing effective human resource strategies. They will serve as a bridge between management and staff to foster a healthy work culture.
HR Policy Management: One of the core responsibilities is to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and UAE labor regulations. This includes handling disciplinary procedures, performance reviews, and policy communication.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: The candidate must be skilled in managing full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing, onboarding, and induction. The HR Manager will also work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Labor Law & Compliance: The HR Manager should have a sound understanding of UAE labor laws and ensure the company is fully compliant. Responsibilities include managing employee documentation, contract renewals, and legal correspondence.
Leadership & Management: This position requires strong team management skills. The HR Manager will lead the HR department and ensure that the team works efficiently in handling employee records, payroll support, and administrative tasks.
