Job Description

Strategic HR Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Egyptian Labor Law Expertise: Ensure comprehensive knowledge and compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and HR regulations.

Full HR Function Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training.

Recruitment and Onboarding Processes: Lead recruitment efforts and streamline onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

Performance Management Systems: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee development and productivity.

Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster positive employee relations and enhance employee engagement through various initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.

Training and Development Programs: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and1 knowledge.
