Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Inquiry Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
HR Data Analysis: Collect and analyze various HR data to support informed decision-making processes within the organization.
HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations Support: Support employee relations initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Performance Management Assistance: Provide support in the performance management processes.
Training and Development Coordination: Assist with the coordination of training and development programs.
General HR Support: Handle various general HR duties and administrative tasks as required.
