Role Overview: Ecodrive is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations and Grievance Resolution: Handle employee relations matters, including resolving grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Payroll, Benefits, and HR Administration: Oversee payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and manage HR administrative tasks.
Compliance with UAE Labor Laws: Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management and Training: Support performance management processes and coordinate training and development programs.
Permit and Licensing Management: Manage all HR-related permits and licensing requirements.
HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Location: This position is based in Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE.
