Role Overview: Armador Maritime in Dubai is urgently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-3 years of HR experience to contribute to various aspects of the human resources function within a dynamic organization.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support: As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, including assisting with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Payroll and Compliance Assistance: You will be involved in assisting with payroll preparation by providing necessary data and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
Employee Engagement Initiatives: You will contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement activities and programs aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Operations and Administration: You will assist with various day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks, providing support to the HR department and ensuring the efficient functioning of HR processes and procedures.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
