Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and transform our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Drive the execution of HR strategy across all core functions
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
Develop and manage the HR department's annual budget
Lead and implement change management initiatives
Core HR Functions Management
Oversee full spectrum of HR operations including:
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Employee relations and engagement
Workforce administration
Compensation and benefits
Performance management
Training and development
Payroll management
HR systems and analytics
Employee Relations & Development
Design and implement performance appraisal systems
Develop and oversee training and development programs
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Lead employee engagement initiatives
Create and maintain a positive workplace culture
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage risk mitigation in employee relations
Handle complex HR investigations and disputes
Required Qualifications
University degree in Human Resources (mandatory)
8-10 years of post-qualification experience in HR management
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends
Experience in multinational or large corporate environments
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
