Now Hiring – HR Coordinator: Join KTCCO as an HR Coordinator and be part of a dynamic administrative support team.

HR Administrative Functions: Handle onboarding, scheduling interviews, maintaining HR records, and assisting in recruitment coordination.

Support Systems: Provide backend support for HR management software and assist in reporting employee data.

Policy & Process: Help implement HR policies, and ensure document processing is timely and compliant with internal protocols.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR executives and department heads to align hiring plans with business needs.

Employee Engagement: Coordinate engagement activities and support initiatives related to employee well-being.
