Job Description

HR Administrative Support: Pact Employment is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the HR department in Dubai. This role involves managing various HR activities and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Onboarding and Offboarding Management: The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

Offer Letter and Visa Processing: The role includes issuing offer letters and supporting work-related visa and labor card processes, requiring a thorough understanding of documentation and procedures.

UAE Labor Law Knowledge: A strong understanding of UAE labor laws and employment processes is essential for this position, ensuring compliance and accurate HR practices.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.

MS Office Proficiency: The HR Coordinator must have good MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, for efficient data management and reporting.
