Job Description

Role Overview: A leading global MNC is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management within a Global Capability Center.

Individual Contributor Role: The initial phase of this role will be as an Individual Contributor (IC), where you will be responsible for managing HR-related activities for a specific group of employees and contributing to broader HR initiatives.

Future Team Handling Scope: This role offers significant growth potential, with a clear pathway to transition into a team-handling position. You will eventually lead and manage HR operations for approximately 250 employees within the Global Capability Center.

HR Strategy and Implementation: You will play a key role in driving HR strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and implementing effective HR programs and policies within the Global Capability Center.

Employee Engagement and Development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support employee development and growth within the organization.

Talent Management and Acquisition: You will contribute to talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning. You may also be involved in talent acquisition activities to attract and retain top talent.
