Job Description

Role Overview: Icons Coffee Couture is hiring an HR and Administrative Coordinator to manage various HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the company's employees. Applicants must be in the UAE already and able to join immediately.

HR Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating training programs, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Administrative Responsibilities: Your administrative duties will include managing office supplies and equipment, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Compliance and Procedures: You will be expected to adhere to HR processes, policies, and procedures, as well as demonstrate familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the UAE to ensure compliance.

Organizational and Multitasking Skills: The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, along with strong attention to detail to manage various responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
