Role Overview: Anchor Allied in Sharjah is seeking an organized and proactive HR and Admin Assistant to provide crucial support to our team and ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for both human resources and administration, with opportunities for learning and growth within a collaborative workplace.
Providing Comprehensive HR Support: You will assist the HR department with various tasks, including recruitment support (posting jobs, scheduling interviews), maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Ensuring Efficient Administrative Operations: Your role will involve a wide range of administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly. This includes managing office supplies, handling correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, and providing general administrative support to all departments.
Facilitating Communication and Coordination: Strong communication skills will be essential as you will be interacting with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders. You will assist with internal communications and help coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintaining Organized Records and Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and administrative records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to information.
Proficient Use of MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) will be necessary for various tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
Eagerness to Learn and Grow: We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in both HR and administration within a dynamic and supportive environment. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
