Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin/PRO to manage the HR and Public Relations Officer functions for a dynamic Restaurant Group in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with all relevant regulations.
HR Administration Leadership: The successful candidate will take the lead in HR administration, developing and implementing HR-administrative standards to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Onboarding and Offboarding Excellence: You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes, creating a positive experience for all employees.
Payroll and Attendance Management: This role involves overseeing payroll-related administration, meticulously managing staff attendance, and accurately maintaining employment statuses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Documentation and Compliance: You will manage all employment documentation, ensuring timely provision to employees, and handle visa and work permit processing, while maintaining strict compliance with governmental regulations.
PRO and Emiratization Duties: As a PRO, you will manage employment administration with governmental authorities and coordinate the Emiratisation of the Group companies, contributing to the organization's compliance and social responsibility.
