Dual HR and Administrative Support: Icons Coffee Couture is seeking a proactive HR & Administrative Coordinator to immediately contribute to the smooth functioning of both HR and administrative operations. This role demands a versatile individual who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

HR Support and Coordination: The role will involve assisting with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Administrative Coordination and Support: The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling general office tasks.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders. The coordinator will serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.

Organizational and Time Management Skills: The role requires strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.   

Problem-Solving and Proactive Approach: The coordinator will be expected to identify and resolve administrative and HR-related issues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Immediate Availability and UAE Presence: The candidate must be available to join immediately in the UAE, indicating a need for someone already located within the country.
