Icons Coffee Couture is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR & Administrative Coordinator to join their team in the UAE. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR principles and administrative best practices. The HR & Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, and maintaining HR records. They will also handle various administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing company events.

A key aspect of this role involves supporting the HR department in various activities. This includes assisting with the recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews. The coordinator will also be involved in onboarding new employees, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company. Furthermore, they will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, addressing employee inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

On the administrative side, the coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment. They will also be involved in coordinating travel arrangements for employees and organizing company events.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The HR & Administrative Coordinator will interact with employees at all levels, as well as external vendors and clients. Therefore, the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.
