Job Description

Role Overview: Fakhry Gulf Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. If you possess strong organizational skills and a passion for both Human Resources and general administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We have an immediate need and prefer candidates who can join us promptly.

Providing Comprehensive Administrative Support: You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, organizing files, and providing general support to various departments.

Assisting with HR Functions: You will also provide support to the HR department with tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes (e.g., scheduling interviews), supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures, and helping with employee inquiries.

Maintaining Organized Records and Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and administrative records, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access to information.

Facilitating Communication and Coordination: Your excellent communication skills will be utilized in interacting with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders, as well as assisting with internal communications and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Immediate Start Requirement: We have an immediate need for this role and are looking for candidates who are available to join our team with minimal notice.
