Role Overview: We are seeking a friendly and well-presented Hostess to welcome guests at BrewDog Dubai. You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring each guest receives a warm greeting and is guided efficiently to their table.

Guest Engagement: As the first point of contact, your presence sets the tone for the entire guest experience. You’ll greet walk-in guests, manage reservation systems, answer inquiries, and maintain the seating chart.

Presentation & Professionalism: A polished appearance, good posture, and a genuine smile are essential. You must carry yourself confidently and ensure that guests feel valued the moment they step inside.

Communication & Coordination: This role requires constant communication with servers, managers, and kitchen staff. Your job is to ensure tables are turned over smoothly while avoiding guest delays.

Customer Service: Courteous behavior, multilingual capability (especially English), and an approachable personality are key. Exceptional service should be at the core of your approach.
