Job Overview: Regency Luxury Suites, located in the prestigious Dubai Marina, is hiring passionate hospitality professionals for various roles across our property. We are seeking individuals who excel in customer service, maintain high operational standards, and are committed to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Guest Services Excellence: Whether working at the front desk, concierge, or guest relations, you will ensure every guest feels valued, welcomed, and cared for from arrival to departure. This includes handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Food & Beverage Operations: For F&B roles, you will oversee or assist in the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages, ensuring consistent quality and a luxurious dining experience. You will work closely with chefs, service teams, and event planners to meet guest expectations.
Housekeeping & Maintenance: Housekeeping staff will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. Maintenance team members will ensure all facilities and amenities operate smoothly, responding promptly to any technical issues.
Sales & Reservations: The sales team will focus on promoting the property’s services, packages, and events to maximize bookings and occupancy rates. You will build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online platforms.
Team Collaboration: Across all roles, teamwork is key. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
