Hospitality and F&B Experience – You will bring proven experience in hospitality management operations by demonstrating hands-on knowledge of restaurant service, guest relations, kitchen operations, or F&B management, and by contributing your expertise to deliver exceptional dining experiences within Hotaru Holdings' restaurant portfolio.

Guest Service Excellence – You will deliver outstanding guest service by engaging with guests warmly and professionally, anticipating customer needs, handling requests and complaints effectively, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects Hotaru Holdings' commitment to hospitality excellence and memorable dining experiences.

Restaurant Operations Support – You will support restaurant operations by managing service workflows, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, maintaining operational standards, ensuring cleanliness and presentation, and contributing to smooth, efficient daily operations across all service periods.

Team Collaboration and Communication – You will collaborate with restaurant teams by working effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff, maintaining clear communication, supporting colleagues during busy periods, and fostering a positive, professional team environment.

Menu Knowledge and Product Expertise – You will develop strong menu knowledge and product expertise by understanding food and beverage offerings, learning about ingredients and preparation methods, making informed recommendations to guests, and representing the restaurant's culinary vision with confidence and passion.

Service Standards and Quality Control – You will uphold service standards and quality control by following standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring consistency in service delivery, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational quality.
