Role Overview: SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services Company) is hiring compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join their team in Al Ain. You will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.
Providing Direct Patient Care: You will assist patients with their daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other needs, under the supervision of nursing staff.
Monitoring and Reporting Patient Conditions: You will monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
Assisting with Medical Procedures: You may assist nurses with basic medical procedures and treatments as directed and within your scope of practice.
Maintaining a Safe and Clean Environment: You will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Communicating with Patients and Families: You will interact with patients and their families in a respectful and empathetic manner, providing emotional support and addressing their basic needs and concerns.
Adhering to Healthcare Policies and Procedures: You will follow established healthcare policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
