Role Overview – Oskar Middle East is looking for an experienced Head of Warehouse Operations to manage warehouse activities, inventory control, documentation, and reporting while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for warehouse management professionals who can handle financial administration, supervise operations and staff, and maintain comprehensive reporting to Head Office.

Cash Payment Management – You will handle and monitor all cash payments and related records, ensuring accurate processing, proper documentation, and financial accountability. Your cash management responsibilities include verifying payment amounts, maintaining cash records, ensuring proper authorization, reconciling cash transactions, and implementing controls that protect financial integrity.

Payment Documentation and Reporting – You will maintain comprehensive payment documentation including VAT records and audit support materials, and report financial activities to Head Office. Your documentation ensures compliance with tax regulations, supports audit requirements, provides transparency in financial transactions, and enables Head Office oversight of warehouse financial operations.

Gate Pass Administration – You will manage goods and visitor gate pass administration, controlling the movement of materials and people in and out of the warehouse facility. Your gate pass management ensures proper authorization, maintains security, tracks inventory movements, documents visitor access, and creates audit trails for all warehouse entries and exits.

Invoice Processing – You will handle invoice extraction and records through the company portal, managing invoicing workflows, verifying invoice accuracy, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining organized invoice records that support financial reporting and supplier payment processes.

Driver Reimbursement Processing – You will process drivers' reimbursements weekly, verifying claims, ensuring proper documentation, calculating amounts due, processing payments, and maintaining records that support financial transparency and driver satisfaction.

Inventory Control – You will be in charge of inventory control and stock monitoring, implementing systems that track stock levels, prevent stock-outs or overstocking, ensure inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and maintain optimal inventory levels that support business operations efficiently.

Warehouse Operations Supervision – You will supervise daily warehouse operations and staff, overseeing receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch activities, managing warehouse personnel, ensuring safety standards, optimizing workflows, and maintaining operational efficiency that meets business requirements and customer expectations.

Operational Reporting – You will prepare and submit regular operational reports to Head Office, providing visibility into warehouse performance, inventory status, financial activities, and operational metrics. Your reporting supports management decision-making and enables effective oversight of warehouse operations.

Warehouse Operations Experience – Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and administration is required. You should have proven track record managing warehouse facilities, understanding logistics workflows, and delivering operational excellence in warehouse environments.

Documentation and Financial Skills – Strong knowledge of documentation, invoicing, and cash handling is essential. You must be meticulous in maintaining records, processing financial transactions accurately, ensuring compliance, and managing the administrative aspects of warehouse financial operations.
