Leadership Role: As the Head Hostess at BrewDog Dubai, you will lead the hostess team and manage guest flow operations. Your job is to ensure seating efficiency and exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Team Management: You will train, guide, and supervise the hostess team to ensure all procedures are followed smoothly. Leading by example is crucial in maintaining high standards.

Coordination & Planning: From managing high volumes during peak hours to handling reservations and walk-ins, your ability to strategize and communicate quickly is key.

Guest Satisfaction: You’ll act as a liaison between guests and management, resolving complaints professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction.

System & Reporting: Use the POS and table reservation systems to monitor activity, create waitlists, and document key guest preferences and feedback.

Performance Monitoring: You will report team performance and guest experience metrics to management and help refine service protocols.
