Job Description

Luxury Guest Welcome Experience – The Guest Service Officer plays a vital role in delivering a refined first and last impression for guests at Park Hyatt Doha. You will warmly welcome guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s luxury standards and personalized service philosophy.

Front Office Operations – This role is responsible for managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. You will ensure guest information is correctly recorded while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with hotel policies.

Personalized Guest Engagement – The Guest Service Officer proactively identifies guest preferences and special requests, tailoring services to create memorable and meaningful experiences throughout the guest journey.

Guest Inquiry and Request Handling – You will respond to guest questions, service requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution and total guest satisfaction.

Problem Resolution and Service Recovery – The role involves handling guest complaints with empathy and discretion, escalating issues when required and ensuring effective service recovery in line with Hyatt brand standards.

Team Collaboration – You will work closely with the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Service Standards and Brand Compliance – The Guest Service Officer consistently follows Hyatt service standards, grooming policies, and operational procedures to uphold the luxury image of Park Hyatt Doha.

Continuous Improvement and Professionalism – You will actively participate in training sessions and contribute to a culture of excellence, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
