Mechanical Maintenance Expertise: As a General Mechanic at Emirates Reem Investments, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment within our industrial facilities. You will ensure that all machines operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent productivity across operations.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Your primary role will include conducting regular preventive maintenance and identifying potential mechanical issues before they lead to failures. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose problems accurately, and carry out timely repairs or part replacements to maintain smooth facility operations.

Operational Support and Troubleshooting: You will provide hands-on support for daily mechanical needs across utilities, production equipment, and facility systems. This includes troubleshooting malfunctions, repairing pumps, compressors, motors, and other mechanical components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Equipment and Facility Management: Beyond machinery maintenance, you will assist in maintaining the overall functionality of the facility, including HVAC systems, utility lines, and safety equipment. You will work closely with supervisors to schedule maintenance tasks and report any mechanical concerns requiring urgent attention.

Technical Documentation and Compliance: Your role involves maintaining accurate maintenance logs, preparing service reports, and ensuring all repair work complies with safety regulations and company procedures. Adherence to maintenance schedules and safety standards is essential to uphold operational excellence.

Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: You will work in close coordination with the engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Your technical insights and problem-solving skills will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and reliability of mechanical operations across the company.
