The General Foreman will monitor work performance, inspect completed work for compliance with standards, and guide workers to improve productivity. Health, Safety & Environment Compliance: Safety and environmental responsibility are core to this role. The General Foreman will enforce all health and safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all team members are equipped with appropriate protective gear.
