Role Overview – Paramount Zone LLC is hiring a General Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished accounting professionals with strong financial expertise, business operations knowledge, and the ability to manage accounting functions effectively, maintain financial records, ensure accuracy, support financial reporting, assist with compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic business organization.

Financial Transaction Recording – You will record financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems, classifying transactions properly, and maintaining transaction accuracy. You will ensure accurate transaction processing and comprehensive financial records. You should maintain transaction recording proficiency.

General Ledger Support – You will assist in managing the general ledger by recording transactions, ensuring account classification, supporting reconciliations, and verifying balances. You will review transaction postings and help ensure the general ledger accurately reflects company operations. You should develop general ledger management skills.

Accounts Receivable Assistance – You will assist with accounts receivable by processing invoices, recording payments, maintaining customer account records, and tracking collections. You will prepare supporting documentation and maintain accurate AR records. You should learn AR operations effectively.

Sales and Revenue Recording – You will assist with recording sales transactions by processing invoices, documenting revenue, maintaining records, and supporting tracking. You will help ensure accurate sales documentation and support collection activities. You should develop sales accounting skills.

Accounts Payable Assistance – You will assist with accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, coordinating payment support, maintaining vendor information, and supporting payment processing. You will help optimize payment timing and maintain accurate payable records. You should learn AP operations effectively.

Supplier Invoice Processing – You will assist with processing supplier invoices by reviewing documentation, verifying details, supporting payment processing, and maintaining records. You will help track supplier expenses. You should develop supplier invoice skills.

Bank Reconciliation Support – You will assist with bank reconciliation by helping compare statements, verifying transactions, investigating discrepancies under supervision, and supporting resolution. You will help ensure bank reconciliations are completed and maintain reconciliation documentation. You should develop reconciliation proficiency..
