This role requires the ability to lead and motivate a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistently high levels of service. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing reservations, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least one year in a supervisory role. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required. Crucially, proven experience in the same field within a 5-star hotel is a mandatory requirement. This demonstrates the company's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace is also crucial. Proficiency in hotel management systems, particularly Opera, is a must. Candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to the area.
