Job Description
Guest Relations: As the first point of contact, you will warmly welcome guests, assist them with check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
Reservation Handling: You’ll manage bookings through the PMS system, ensure accuracy in data entry, and coordinate with other departments for special requests.
Cash Handling: Manage daily cash, billing, and card transactions with precision and report discrepancies promptly.
Multilingual Communication: Provide excellent service in English and additional languages (if any) to support a diverse clientele.
Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints swiftly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Front Desk Organization: Ensure the reception area remains tidy, stocked, and presentable.
