As a premier hospitality destination in Doha, Century Hotel is seeking a professional and dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, embodying our commitment to outstanding service and creating memorable experiences from the moment visitors enter our establishment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the guest experience, including check-ins, check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries with the highest level of professionalism. Key duties include processing payments, managing the Opera property management system, coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests, and maintaining accurate guest records while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in the hotel industry, demonstrating excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the Opera system and have a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards. Additionally, candidates must be locally available in Qatar and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
