A leading fashion retail business in Dubai is looking for a Finance Professional who knows what it takes to manage the numbers behind a multi-outlet operation. This is not a role for someone who prefers the quiet of a single-office setup. It is for someone who thrives in the energy of a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment where every branch has its own story and every story must be reflected accurately in the books.

The person in this role will oversee the full financial operations across multiple retail locations. That means managing everything from day-to-day accounting to strategic financial planning. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring that each outlet performs to its potential. Cash flow management will be a critical part of the role, as will maintaining strong banking relationships and ensuring full compliance with VAT and other regulatory requirements. You will also lead and mentor a finance team, so experience managing people is just as important as experience managing numbers. Audits, financial controls, and process improvements will all fall under your remit.

This is a role for someone who has spent at least six years in finance and accounting, with a significant portion of that time in the fashion retail industry. You must have hands-on experience handling the financial operations of multiple branches and managing high-volume business activity. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will also bring strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of up to AED 8,000, reflective of the candidate's experience and expertise.
