On-Site Supervision and Monitoring:

The Façade Site Engineer will supervise and monitor aluminium and glazing works to ensure they are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. You will ensure work quality, resolve on-site technical issues, and guide the installation team to maintain high standards in every task.

Installation Team Coordination:

You will manage the daily activities of the installation team, including labour allocation, resource management, and task prioritization. Ensuring that all team members are productive and aligned with project requirements is essential for smooth operations and timely completion of façade works.

Site Inspections and Reporting:

The role involves conducting regular inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance. You will prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, documenting any deviations, challenges, or observations. Your reporting will provide management with clear insights into project status and performance metrics.

Subcontractor and Labour Management:

You will oversee subcontractors and labour resources involved in façade installation, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Effective supervision and collaboration will minimize delays and maintain project efficiency.

Coordination with Project Teams:

The Façade Site Engineer will liaise with main contractors, architects, and other project teams to ensure seamless integration of façade works into overall construction activities. Your proactive communication and coordination will help resolve conflicts and maintain project continuity.

Site Documentation and Records:

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including drawings, site reports, progress logs, and inspection records. Proper record-keeping ensures traceability, accountability, and compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
