Role Overview: Our client, a premium nursery/school in the Jumeirah area of Dubai, is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker, hold a relevant EYFS qualification, possess a minimum of one year of experience teaching Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) or Foundation Stage 2 (FS2) within premium educational settings in Dubai, and have current KHDA approval.

Planning and Delivering Engaging EYFS Curriculum: You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.

Creating a Stimulating Learning Environment: You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and the holistic development of young children.

Assessing and Monitoring Student Progress: You will assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing differentiated support and identifying areas for development.

Building Positive Relationships: You will build positive and effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Ensuring Child Welfare and Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of all children in your care, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Collaboration with Parents and Staff: You will communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and collaborate with other members of the early years team.

Maintaining Records and Documentation: You will maintain accurate records of student progress, observations, and assessments.

Adherence to KHDA Standards: You must have or be eligible for KHDA approval and be familiar with KHDA requirements for early years education.
