About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our driving institute team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our students and prospective clients, providing exceptional service while managing various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Provide comprehensive information about driving courses, training packages, and promotional offers

Process student registrations and handle payment transactions efficiently

Maintain detailed student records and documentation

Schedule and coordinate driving lessons between students and instructors

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Generate daily reports on customer interactions and sales activities

Support the sales team in meeting targets and improving conversion rates

Maintain an organized database of customer inquiries and feedback

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues


Required Qualifications


Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (experience in driving schools or educational institutes preferred)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems

Valid UAE residence visa (preferred)

Working Hours & Conditions


Full-time position (48 hours per week)

Weekend shifts may be required (as per rotation)

Work location: Dubai branch office

Basic salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)
