Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage confidential information while supporting the CEO in daily business operations. Occasional international travel may be required.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.

Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Assist in project management and business coordination tasks.

Oversee and manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications.

Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
