We are looking for a dynamic and detail oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in Sharjah on a long term outsource contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and is ready to provide high level executive and administrative support within a professional and growing organization.
In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and handling correspondence with professionalism and efficiency. You will maintain accurate records and reports, support day to day office operations, and serve as a reliable and organized point of support for senior management and internal teams. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism will be central to your success in this position.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role along with excellent communication skills and strong organizational and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential and a proactive, detail oriented approach to work is a key quality we are looking for. The ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and handle sensitive information with discretion are equally important attributes for this role.
