Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and creative Events Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of high-impact corporate and public events that align with our strategic goals.
Event Planning: You will take full ownership of event planning from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and coordination with venues and vendors.
Creative Execution: You’ll be tasked with developing themes, promotional materials, and branded experiences that enhance engagement and reflect the organization’s vision and values.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with external suppliers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure all aspects of each event run smoothly and meet quality standards.
On-Site Management: During events, you will manage on-site operations including staff coordination, equipment setup, attendee registration, and real-time problem-solving.
Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across digital and offline channels, manage event communications, and ensure maximum attendance and visibility.
Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback, generate post-event reports, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve future events and increase ROI.
