Leadership in Sustainability Programs: As an Energy & Sustainability Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive sustainable practices and energy optimization across projects. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing sustainability frameworks to ensure compliance with global standards.

Strategic Planning & Policy Development: You will design and execute energy efficiency strategies, sustainability roadmaps, and policy frameworks that align with client and corporate environmental goals. Your role will directly influence the organization’s sustainability performance and long-term environmental footprint.

Energy Audit Oversight: You will manage and review comprehensive energy audits following ASHRAE and IGA standards, ensuring accurate identification of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and operational efficiency improvements across industrial and commercial facilities.

Carbon Reduction & Reporting: You will lead carbon management initiatives, including carbon footprint assessment, greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction planning, and sustainability performance reporting to help clients meet their environmental targets and regulatory obligations.

Data-Driven Decision Making: You will apply data analytics and digital tools to monitor energy performance, optimize consumption, and measure results through key performance indicators (KPIs). Your insights will drive continuous improvements in sustainability outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to integrate sustainability principles into design and project execution, ensuring alignment across departments and smooth implementation of initiatives.

Client Engagement & Consultancy: You will act as a sustainability advisor, engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver presentations on sustainability progress, cost savings, and compliance standards.

Team Management & Development: You will lead a team of engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning to strengthen the organization’s energy management and sustainability capabilities.
